Trouble connecting MapMyRun+Facebook+distantrace.com

1. If MapMyRun account is created with Facebook, account don't have a password. You need to create it HERE - Request Password Reset.
2. You will receive link to your email.
3. After that, on your distantrace.com account choose Under Armour Connected Fitness.
4. When you log in MapMyRun, use username and password not Facebook.
