Synchronization with FitBit device

If you don't see activities, that was recorded with FitBit, there can be following reasons for it:
  1. Activities must be recorded, using Exercise record. We don't process step counter data.
  2. While recording Exercise, GPS should be turned on (make sure your device gets GPS signal). If your device doesn't have GPS option, device must be connected with your phone and use phone GPS data. While working out, you must bring both- your FitBit and phone.
  3. After workout you need to sync with FitBit mobile app, so that you result is saved in your FitBit account. You can check synchronization with your watch HERE Activity History, make sure you see your workout and GPS.
