Data is not synchronizing? What to do?

You have connected your DistantRace.com account with a sports app (Adidas Running, Under Armor Map My Run, etc.), but the data is not synchronizing? What to do?

The reason could be that you have created two accounts in the sports app. This is a quite common problem, and most likely you have connected one account with us, while the activity records on the phone are with another account. Therefore, activities are not synchronized.

How to change/check it?

1. Unlock the sports app account from us in "My Connections"

2. Log out of the sports app account on the phone

3. Connect the sports app account with us and log in on your phone using the same email and password.
